Article 9: Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond its reasonable control. During the period of force majeure, both parties shall make every effort to resume performance of their respective obligations as soon as possible.

Article 10: Termination of Contract

This contract may be terminated by either party at any time prior to shipment of the Duvets if there is a material breach by the other party of its contractual obligations. The terminating party shall provide written notice to the other party specifying the breach and stating its intention to terminate the contract. The terminating party shall also refund any payment made by the other party in connection with this contract, if any. After termination of the contract, both parties shall return all documents and materials related to this contract to their respective points of origin.

Article 11: Miscellaneous Provisions

(1) All communications between the two parties related to this contract shall be made in English; (2) This contract is effective from the date of its execution by both parties; (3) This contract is governed by the laws of ________ (the country where the seller is located).
